Gianina has 18 years of experience working in all phases of architecture on innovative projects throughout the South and West Coast of Florida. Since joining Adache in 2016 she has been involved in the design of mixed use developments, hospitality, multi-family, condominiums, and resorts projects. As a Project Manager, Gianina provides leadership for projects in Adache. She delivers innovation throughout a user-centered design process, assembling successful project teams and efficiently guiding them through each phase through completion. Through a strong collaboration between her clients and team, Gianina strives to make each project technically excellent, driving performance through a rigorous design approach. Gianina strives to develops strong project strategies that inspire design teams, achieve clients’ business goals, and ultimately, have positive impact on the built environment and overfall quality of the projects technical documentation.
